Festive and fun no-bake treats made with Ritz crackers, peanut butter, and colorful candy melts, perfect for holiday gifting or parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (such as Jif or Skippy)
  • 60 Ritz crackers
  • 12 oz. Wilton red candy melts
  • 12 oz. Wilton vanilla candy melts (or Ghirardelli vanilla melting wafers)
  • sprinkles red, green, and white holiday sprinkles
  • 15 Rolo candies unwrapped
  • 15 mini Reese’s peanut butter cups unwrapped

Instructions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread 2 teaspoons of peanut butter onto 30 of the crackers.
  3. Sandwich the peanut butter-covered crackers with the remaining 30 crackers.
  4. Melt the red candy melts according to package directions until melted and smooth.
  5. Place formed cracker sandwiches on a fork.
  6. Dip each sandwich in the red melted chocolate to coat.
  7. Gently tap the fork on the edge of the bowl to allow any excess chocolate to drip off.
  8. Transfer dipped crackers back to the prepared baking sheet and allow to set slightly.
  9. Using the leftover melted red chocolate, attach one Rolo candy to the top of 15 ornaments.
  10. Using the leftover melted red chocolate, attach one mini Reese’s peanut butter cup to the top of the remaining 15 ornaments. Let these set.
  11. Melt the white vanilla candy melts according to package directions.
  12. Transfer the melted white chocolate to a piping bag (or a plastic bag with a corner snipped off).
  13. Drizzle the white chocolate over the red cookies.
  14. Top immediately with some holiday sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
  15. Allow to fully harden at room temperature, or place the baking sheet in the fridge to set faster (about 10 to 15 minutes).

Notes

Use creamy, processed peanut butter for best results, not natural.
Do not overheat candy melts; melt in short intervals, stirring frequently.
Have sprinkles ready to go, as chocolate sets quickly.
Chill in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to speed up setting time.
