A super easy, two-layered chocolate fudge featuring festive sprinkles, perfect for holiday gifting or sharing.

Ingredients

  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 8.5 oz white chocolate chips
  • 8.5 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Christmas sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Spray the parchment paper with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Set the prepared pan aside.
  4. Place the white chocolate chips in a medium bowl.
  5. Place the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a separate medium bowl.
  6. Divide the sweetened condensed milk in half.
  7. Add approximately 7 oz of condensed milk to the white chocolate bowl.
  8. Add approximately 7 oz of condensed milk to the semi-sweet chocolate bowl.
  9. Place the semi-sweet chocolate mixture in the microwave.
  10. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate mixture in 30-second increments.
  11. Stir well after each 30-second increment until smooth.
  12. Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract to the melted semi-sweet chocolate mixture.
  13. Stir to combine the vanilla extract.
  14. Spread the semi-sweet chocolate mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  15. Place the white chocolate mixture in the microwave.
  16. Melt the white chocolate mixture in 30-second increments.
  17. Stir well after each 30-second increment until smooth.
  18. Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract to the melted white chocolate mixture.
  19. Stir to combine the vanilla extract.
  20. Mix 2 tbsp of Christmas sprinkles into the white chocolate mixture.
  21. Spread the white chocolate mixture on top of the semi-sweet chocolate fudge layer.
  22. Top with extra sprinkles.
  23. Chill the fudge in the fridge for at least one hour.
  24. Slice and enjoy the fudge.

Notes

Use good quality chocolate chips for the best flavor and texture.
Always line your pan with parchment paper AND spray it for easy removal.
Heat chocolate slowly in the microwave, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
For clean slices, use a hot, dry knife for each cut.
